WILLIAM P. STACK
President – U.S.
Bill has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the communications and entertainment industries, most recently as an entrepreneur focusing on mobile video applications. Prior to this, he was the VP and GM of USWEST - Arizona where he led the deployment of ChoiceTV, a competitive cable television and broadband data service. As Director - International Business Development for Media One, he was responsible for international publishing and database marketing expansion and the content strategy for international cable TV deployments. He has an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

JOHN GEYER
Founder and VP Business Development
John’s entrepreneurial experience spans more than 15 years building successful high-tech companies. His most recent company, CustomFlix, now known as Createspace, developed the industry's first on-demand DVD publishing service and was acquired by Amazon in 2005. John also created MediaCleaner Pro, the first multimedia tool for preparing online video. The company was acquired in 1999 and the product is now part of Autodesk's portfolio of digital media creation tools.

STEVE WILLIAMS
Founder and CTO
Steve is a Chartered Engineer with more than 15 years' experience leading design and development of next generation network solutions for the wireless industry. At UTStarcom, he was Director of Engineering responsible for the company's CDMA system software development. As Chief Architect for Telos Technology, he was instrumental in the engineering and commercialization of Telos' Sonata family of wireless mobile switching products.

J. SCOTT MAGEE
Director – U.S. Sales & Channel Partner Development
Scott has more than 20 years of wireless, telecommunications, and MSO/broadband experience. Most recently, he has worked with a number of domestic and international telecom vendors to define and implement sales strategies to increase market share. Prior experience includes Director of Business and Channel Sales at Lucent Technologies, Director of Business Development at AT&T/Cingular Wireless, and Director of Sales and Business Development at France Telecom.

RODERICK NELSON
Technical Advisor – Nelson Technology Partners (NTP)
Rod has more than 25 years' experience in telecommunications technology including general management, technology development, and application engineering. His experience includes a Fortune 500 conglomerate and a cellular telephone start-up that grew into a $41 billion company. Since founding NTP, he has worked with startup companies and major telecom giants to help define their technology strategy and to create compelling user experiences. He is a founder of Sotto Wireless and also served as Executive VP and CTO of AT&T Wireless Services.
